1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 93pk platform and its users. By accessing the 93pk website or mobile application, opening an account, or using any service, you agree to comply with all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms are written in Bengali and that version is the authoritative text of the agreement. If a translation in any other language exists, the Bengali version will take precedence in matters of interpretation. 93pk reserves the right to change these Terms at any time without notice; if a user continues to use the platform after the updated Terms are published, they will be considered to have accepted the new Terms.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirements
To use 93pk's services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 21 years old (for users aged 21 and over only).
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a person legally present in Bangladesh.
- You must have an active Bangladeshi mobile number and a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is completely prohibited.
- You must not have voluntarily excluded yourself, either temporarily or permanently.
93pk may request a copy of a government-issued ID at any time to verify age. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Single Account Policy
Each person may hold only one 93pk account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false name, date of birth, or mobile number may cause account verification to fail and funds to be held. If any information changes, you must notify the support team immediately.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login password confidential. Do not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our live chat support immediately.
4 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at 93pk: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (for each method). Deposits are generally processed instantly. Funds may only be deposited from a mobile banking account registered in your name.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing time is generally 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile banking account from which the funds were deposited. Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.
4.3 Payment Verification
For large withdrawal amounts, 93pk may request identity verification documents. Compliance with anti-money laundering policies is our obligation. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is complete.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement applies to this bonus, meaning the total bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date, wagering requirements, and maximum withdrawal limit.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time (unless specifically stated otherwise).
- Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
- 93pk reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
- Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
The 93pk VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold, and up to 1.0% at Platinum. Tier advancement is based on active gaming activity.
6 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to playing any game at 93pk:
- Each bet will be deducted from your account's available balance, and once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error or a game is interrupted midway, 93pk reserves the right to review the relevant bet.
- If a technical error is detected in any game, all bets for that session may be declared void and the deposited amount will be refunded.
- For sports betting, the specific rules of the relevant sport will apply.
- If a dispute arises over the result of any cricket, football, or other event, 93pk's decision will be final.
6.1 Regarding Suspicious Bets
If a bet is suspected of being related to match-fixing or any unethical activity, 93pk may hold or cancel the relevant bet. In such cases, the account may be temporarily suspended until the investigation is complete.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited at 93pk, and violation of these rules will result in immediate account closure:
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent activity, software, or any device.
- Misuse of the bonus system (arbitrage betting, bonus hunting, risk-free betting, etc.).
- Money laundering or the flow of illegal funds.
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Using another person's account or placing bets using a third party's funds.
- Attempting to introduce hacking, viruses, or harmful code.
- Abusive or threatening behavior toward other users or staff.
8 Privacy and Data Protection

- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- On the order of a court or law enforcement authority.
10.2 Closure by the User
You may request closure of your account at any time through our live chat support. All valid balances must be withdrawn before the account is closed (subject to bonus wagering requirements being met).
